where do you ship and how long does it take?

we ship all over india. our expected delivery time is 3-9 working days depending on your location.

is it safe to buy preloved clothing?

rest assured, most of our clothing items are unused, brand new pieces that just haven't had a chance to be worn. however, we do follow an extremely strict cleaning and sanitisation process for all our products. each item and package is thoroughly sanitised for your safety.

however, we do recommend that you sanitize your packages once more before opening them as per the covid guidelines, as they are handled by several different logistics partners during the delivery process.

what are sugacoins? how do I redeem them? do they expire?

sugacoins are reward points awarded for every purchase made on www.sugababythrift.com. you earn 5 sugacoins for every ₹1 spent.

these points can be redeemed for discounts during checkout, and you track your sugacoins through your sugababy account as well as your email.

the points earned have a validity of 6 months.
